Ok, back to telling the truth. If you want to lose weight fast, but you want to:

          – lose it unsafely, or

         – not lose it permanently, or

          – go on some type of fad or crash diet, or

          – lose it without sweating or doing any type of physical activity, or

          – hear that we have some new gimmick or some special magic weight loss pill or potion,

Then we are very sorry, because this information is definitely NOT for YOU.

We actually do WANT to help you lose weight…and to even help you lose it rapidly.

And, we will provide you with information to help you do just that – FREE of charge! But, there MUST be reasonable expectations on your part.

For example, we shouldn’t have to tell you that for long-term or permanent weight loss, fad diets are not effective. And for fast weight loss, crash diets are NOT the answer.

That information should not be new to you. In fact, you may know it all too well.

And, you probably also know that when you lose weight by those methods, it can come back with a vengeance. Meaning, you end up gaining more weight than you originally lost.

So then the question is… Is there a healthy or safe way to lose weight fast?

The answer is a resounding YES!

Before we continue, let’s talk some more about you having reasonable expectations.

We’re sure you understand that it’s generally easier for a person who weighs 300 pounds to lose 30 pounds faster than a person who weighs 200 pounds. Likewise, a 200-pound person can lose that weight faster than a person who weighs 100 pounds. Simply enough, the more fat you have, the more you’re able to lose.

So we’re sorry to disappoint you, but unless you’re really overweight, you’re not going to safely lose 20 pounds in a week, and probably not even in a month.

But there’s nothing wrong with losing weight fast if you do it the right way. And when we say the “right way”, we’re not necessarily talking about being under a doctor’s care. We’re talking about the right way that a “typical person” can do it.

But at the same time, we’re not talking about losing 10 pounds in a week because you need to fit into a dress or a suit for a special event.

While using a special event as a motivational goal can be good, you should be following a weight loss plan that you can keep up after that special event.

You must be reasonable and understand that you need to plan and allow enough time to change your body. I’m sure that it took you a lot longer than a week or so to add weight on so be fair to yourself about the time it will take to lose it AND KEEP IT OFF!

We know that you may not want to hear this, but you can reasonably expect to safely lose about 2 to 5 pounds a week at home. Now, we’ll talk about this more later, but if you significantly increase your exercise and stick to a low-calorie, healthy diet, you could safely lose a little more.

Just so you know, the information presented here is based on facts and common sense. Meaning, you won’t be able to argue with what’s right in front of you. The real question though is what are you going to do in the face of it?

One final note. You must understand that there are NUMEROUS factors related to your genetics, your diet, your physical fitness, your mental health, and just your lifestyle in general that can affect how fast you lose weight.

That is why you cannot compare yourself to someone else, because they have an entirely different set of factors that they’re working with.

So, what would you do? More than likely, you would parse through the list and pick out the ones that you like and that you feel would help you to achieve the kind of results you’re looking for. Right?
