The Bottom Line

Weight loss experts agree that any rapid weight loss diet should be the same as a long-term, sustainable plan – and not a fad diet. And fasting or cutting calories below 1,200 are not appropriate for the long term unless you are under a physician’s care.

However there is a healthy or safe way to lose weight fast, but you have to have reasonable expectations. And you have to do it the right way.

You have to give your body enough time to change, especially since it has taken you some time to accumulate your excess weight. So, if you’re expecting to keep the weight off, give yourself a fairly reasonable amount of time to lose it. This will eliminate frustration and the possibility of giving up before you can really get going.

Also, understand that there are numerous factors that can be related to how fast you lose weight, including your genetics, your diet, your physical fitness, your mental health, and your lifestyle in general. That is why you can’t compare yourself to others, because their factors are entirely different than yours.

Therefore, what we’ve done is compiled what we feel is a short, manageable but very powerful list of tips you could implement immediately to begin rapid weight loss.

Please understand that the more tips you incorporate into your weight loss program the more effective it will be. In other words, implementing 5 tips is better than implementing 2 of them. And likewise, incorporating all 9 is better than 5 which will yield better and faster results.

Although the amount of information we provide you with should be enough to get you started on the road to losing weight fast, you are more than welcome to research more information about a particular tip. Becoming more knowledgeable is good. It can only help. The information presented is not meant to be exhaustive.

We wish you MUCH success!
