So many people are looking for a lose weight fast diet. And you know, in and of itself, there’s nothing wrong with that.
I’m very aware that we live in a “microwave society.” Meaning, we want things instaneously. So there is very little, if any, delayed gratification. Which is why the diet and weight loss industry is making billions upon billions upon billions of dollars, but that’s another story. You can read more here with Tip #1.
When people say they want to lose weight “fast”, fast is a relative term so it’s important to make that important distinction. Well, you have to make that particular important distinction along with how much weight you’re wanting to lose.
Because we live in such a microwave society and we allow our egoes to drive us, we don’t always make the smartest or healthiest decisions. For example, hopefully you understand that trying to lose 10 pounds in a week is NOT a smart or healthy thing to do. Or, to put it another way, it’s just not practical or realistic.
Again, based on how much weight you want to lose and how fast your timeframe is, you can create a number of scenarios for your “lose weight fast diet” plan.
The bottom line is be realistic in your weight loss goal and be smart about how to achieve that goal. Now, with that being said, you can read the tips on this site and lose weight pretty fast and doing it the right way.
Or, in an effort to bring more views and information to my readers, I came across this lose weight fast diet plan from the nutrition gurus at Good Housekeeping. It’s called The Amazing Soup Diet. But just to clarify, this is not a diet that I’ve personally tried. I’m presenting it to you as a possible option that you may choose to take advantage of to lose weight fast even though there are innumerable plans you could follow.
While this diet plan can help with what you eat, I strongly advise you to include a vigorous workout routine (see Tips #4, #5, and #9).
Without further adieu, here it is. From the original article…
“If you like food, you’ll love our new diet. Every meal is packed with flavor — from hefty sandwiches (yes, you can have carbs) to super-filling soups and stews (we even added cheese).
So how can you inhale as much food as you like and still slim down?
Here’s the trick: For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you’ll eat portion-controlled meals. But at any other time of day, you can have bowl after bowl of our nutrition-packed hearty vegetable soup — since it’s only 45 calories per cup, you can knock back as much of it as you like and still lose weight.
The diet is simple: The day before you start, you’ll cook up a big batch of our basic soup. Then, each night of the week, you’ll mix two cups with extra ingredients to create a totally new soup, from Southwest Chili to Greek Fish Stew, in 20 minutes or less.
These diet dinners are all family-friendly, so you don’t have to prepare two separate meals each night. For breakfast and lunch, you’ll stick to the food plan. When you need a snack, dip into your vat of veggie soup. Or if you’re craving crunch, fill up on as many cucumber slices, celery sticks, zucchini wedges, and bell pepper strips as you please. And twice a week, have a 100-calorie treat.”
